Cancellation & Policies

Treatment Policy
  • Treat all members of our staff with respect. Failure to do so will result in refusal of service.

Preferred Payment Options
  • Our credit card processing fees have increased. As a result we prefer the alternative payment options:

  • Cash

  • Zelle

  • We still accept credit cards. There is a fee of 3% on all credit cards transactions. Thank you for you business. 

Refund & Exchange
  • There will be "NO" refund. All sales and services are final.

  • Will be able to exchange your service once only. 

  • Service has to be the same amount that is owe. If its more then you will pay the difference.​​

Deposits
  • All deposits are non-refundable. No Exceptions. Deposits will go towards the appointment total. Deposits are not transferable between artist. 

  • In order to keep the deposit valid, reschedule prior to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Anything less the 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeit and the client will have to pay a new deposit to book a new date. The old deposit will be forfeited and not go towards the scheduled appointment.

  • Client is allowed only one reschedule the appointment with 24 hours prior notice. 

​

  • Deposits will be forfeited if the appointment is cancel. Even if the cancellation is before the 24 hour notice. Any cancellation will forfeit the deposit.

​

  • Same-day cancellation will be considered a no-call/no-show.

​

  • Please be in time for the appointment. Anything more than 15 minutes late will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full service fee.

​

  • We have the right to refused or fire a client for any reason regardless of being able to receive a follow-up appointment. 

​

  • We ask for the courtesy of communicating in advance. Please understand the only way we are paid is by you coming to your scheduled appointment or giving us adequate time to fill the time slot. If you do not show up and do not call, you will forfeit the deposit. ​

Consultation Deposit
  • Due to the high number of clients making consultation appointments and not calling or showing up, we require a $20 fee. This Fee can be transferred to a scheduled appointment. In order to keep the deposit valid, reschedule prior to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We ask for the courtesy of communicating in advance. Please understand the only way we are paid is by you coming to your scheduled appointment or giving us adequate time to fil the time slot. If you do not show up and do not call, you will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations
  • Please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment if you would like to reschedule or cancel.

  • If a client does not show up and communicate with us, this client will be banned from scheduling in the future. 

Workshops/Training

Come ready to absorb all the information we have for the training you are here for.

What to bring:

  • Please com with an open mind and ready to learn

  • Bring all the questions you have.

  • Please be looking out for you models, if you need assistance, please reach out ahead of time.

Some training will be a 1 day course while other training can be 2 or 3 day training.

​

At the end you will receive a certification of completion. This is only a certification valid at Glamorous Beauty Aesthetics, its not a license nor does it goes towards your hours for TDLR.

We strongly suggest every member or student (including, but not limited to, physicians, nurses, aestheticians, cosmetologists, tooth gem technicians, and tattoo artists) familiarize themselves with their local legislation and/or governing boards. These courses are not designed for performing procedures as a professional.

It is solely your obligation to examine and clarify all rules and regulations relevant to our country, state, city, and county and to consult your local health agency, governing bodies, and FDA/TGA  (or other relevant body) regulations and requirements for providing any treatment or service associated with these courses.
